Requirements:

Degree or similar in Software or Mechanical Engineering and preferable management or team lead experience

Experience in:

Product Development and optimizations

Software or Mechanical Solutions, PREFERABLY in the Wind Industry

Product design cycles involving early feasibility studies in both interactive conceptual and detailed designs

Skills:

Excellent comunication in English, verbally and in writing

Can inspire colleagues to be creative, open-minded, and to find the most feasible solutions

Enthusiastic personal drive and initiate good working relations with colleagues

Proactive and a natural extrovert

Responsibilities:

Establish and develop the Mexican R&D Hub

Establish close cooperation with production facility and management

Ensure and drive new product design, and optimization of existing solutions

Ensure efficient global deliveries

Customer contact and development presentations

Develop the competencies for the future needs

Valid Passport and USA Visa is a most

Availability to travel at least one year for training, USA/Europe/Asia/Latam, according to position
