IAM Manager
An Infrastructure compliance analyst is responsible for the preparation and support of IT operations solutions and services-physical or virtual-according to industry and organizational best practices standards, service requirements and key performance indicators (KPLs) throughout the product life cycle.
ACTIVITIES
* Creating and maintaining documentation
* Performing all routine task according to process and checklist
* Monitoring of infrastructure and applications service
* Alerting and taking appropriate action
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Monitor Vendor Performance and Compliance
Support compliance anf key risk/performance indicators generation
* Issue action notes and conduct affiliated meeting requests
* Track risk and exposure providing regular updates
* Maintain detailed, auditable records of compliance
* ISACA CISA or CRISC a plus
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 4-5 Years of hands on IT experience in a technical / helpdesk role
* 4-5 years of hand-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology ( for Example UNIX or Windows)
* Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Power Query Highly desirable)
Advance Level English
Technical English is required
* Highly motivated,driven and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment
