Technical/Systems Analyst

Description

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Must Haves:

 Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or Cybersecurity management

 3-5 years of experience

 Bilingual in both Spanish/English (strong verbal and written)

 Experience with Windows AD/LDAP and/or Linux systems administration

 Understanding the concepts and operational aspects of password vaulting tools (Cyber Ark or equivalent)

 Ability to interface with business and technical teams/key stakeholders

 Strong general technology background

 Ability to manage multiple, ongoing initiatives

 Demonstrated ability to frame security and risk-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

 Networking experience
