Requirements:

-Education: Degree in Psychology / Degree in Administration or similar

-Minimum 2 years experience in similar position

-Experience: Talent attraction (specifically in specialized IT profiles)

-Experience in personnel administration, training and staff development.

-English: intermediate

Activities:

-Manage the processes of Attraction and Selection of personnel, mainly for specialized profiles in the Information Technology area.

-Execute the assigned strategy to meet the KPI's of the area.

-Provide induction of staff and their correct adaptation to the assigned position.

You will also learn and implement:

-Apply work environment and make proposals about it.

-Carry out performance evaluations to staff in general.
