Client Solutions Account Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contacting each of their clients on a monthly basis
Training clients on the use of their website
Troubleshooting issues
Finding solutions
Speaking with clients to ascertain their needs.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Advanced English (100%)
Ability to multitasks efficiently
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
