JANA Inc, a Texas company, has over 49 years of experience in technical documentation management and engineering services. We specialize in fulfilling our customers needs in terms of technical documentation and engineering, we offer solutions in technical publications, maintenance programs, maintenance planning and engineering.

We are looking for a person that can be in charge of organizing and coordinating programs. You will provide strategic guidance to team leaders in ways that promote the company´s culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations.

The person in this position will need to have experience in managing staff to make sure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

Responsibilities:

Organizing daily activities based on goals

Evaluating and assessing the program´s strengths and weaknesses

Monitoring projects and overseeing team leaders to ensure goals are met

Meeting with stakeholders to discuss programs status and goals

Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills

Problem-solving ability

No previous experience required
